Wow! After reading the Auburn Journal's article about Ron and Valerie's back yard pizza oven I was inspired. It was like walking down memory lane of my own life.I too was brought up back east in New Jersey where they also have great tasting pizza. When I moved to California, I couldn't find good pizza anywhere. Thats when I started my quest for making the perfect homemade pizza.
It took me years and a lot of trial and error to come up with a techniqe for making great tasting pizza in a home oven. I now share these secretsf free at my web site: www.perfecthomemadepizza.com. For anyone who wants to learn how to make great tasting pizza I will personally work with them through my pizza mentoring program. Check it out.
Presently, I have construction going on in my back yard building a back yard patio. After completion, I will attempt to build a wood burning oven myself. I have detailed plans from a wood burner oven builder in Australia. He has a great site: www.traditionaloven.com.
